PURPOSE: Fine iron oxide beads of hemming sealer are provided to improve shear stress and impact resistance, and save manufacturing cost by adding fine iron oxide beads instead of conventional glass or ceramic beads to hemming sealer. CONSTITUTION: The iron oxide beads(400) comprising fine and spherical iron oxide generated from car assembling line are contained in a hemming sealer(300), which has high impact strength resistance, resulting in improvement of rust prevention and strength between an inner panel(100) and an outer panel(200). |
