PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of very small insects into a container and leakage of contents when the container is erroneously upset even in the case where a cap is left to stand in such a state that although it has been made to turn in a closing operation up to an angle position assuming a remarkably small angle with respect to a closing position, it is not made to completely turn up to the closing position in a container cap made of a synthetic resin which is provided with a main body portion (4) and a cap (6) connected thereto in a turnable manner, in which a pouring guide wall (22) is formed on the main body portion, and in which a sealing wall (46) is formed on an inner face of the crown cap portion. SOLUTION: An engaging protrusion (24), which peripherally extends on the opposite side of the diametral direction of a turning center axis of the cap with respect to at least the main body portion, is disposed on an outer peripheral face of the pouring guide wall. A protrusion (48) to be engaged, which peripherally extends on the opposite side of the diametral direction of the turning center axis (10) of the crown cap portion with respect to at least the main body portion, is disposed on an inner peripheral face of the sealing wall. |
