PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed driving type galvano mirror made small in size and light in weight, contributing to the miniaturization of a bar code scanner using the galvano mirror, easily making the holding of a movable mirror compatible with rotational spring property and realizing a moving coil system driving means without causing failure, and the bar code scanner using the galvano mirror. SOLUTION: As for this galvano mirror, two elastic wires 9a and 9b are fixed in parallel at a desired interval, a reflection mirror 1 arranged so that its reflection surface may be parallel with a plane formed by a pair of elastic wires 9a and 9b is fixed and attached to a center part in the longitudinal direction of a pair of elastic wires 9a and 9b, and the mirror 1 is constituted to rotate around a pair of elastic wires 9a and 9b by the elastic deformation of the pair of wires, and the galvano mirror has the driving means for making the mirror 1 rotate. |
