PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA chip capable of surely collecting a desired DNA fragment. SOLUTION: This DNA chip has a slot-like sample fractioning lane having electrode pots at both ends, a slot-like sample introducing lane crossing the fractioning lane in its intermediate part and having electrode pots at both ends, and a sample collecting lane branched from the fractioning lane in its intermediate part at a position separate from the sample introducing lane and having electrode pots at both ends. In this case, the sample collecting lane comprises an intercrossing part crossing perpendicularly to the fractioning lane, and a parallel part in parallel with the fractioning lane.
