PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable leg protector disposable after use, adjustable in size, having a front bag part at the tip part of a foot sheet so as to cover the leg part, and improved in sanitation, drying property and amenities by preventing the foot part and the inner part of the sock part from coming in contact with each other. SOLUTION: This adjustable leg protector is produced through the process of making a foot sheet and toe part protective layer using an air-permeable and moisture-absorptive material, and usable as a socks or stockings and usable as a combination with the socks or stockings, causing no exposure from shoes when worn, enabling cushioning property and moisture absorption to be increased, causing no affection to its appearance and disposable after use for short period of time; wherein side wings are spread outward on the both sides of the foot sheet, plural seams in the vertical direction and horizontal direction are formed, the size is adjusted to the wearer's foot by cutting off the extra end of the foot sheet and the outer end parts of the side wings, the sole part, the toe part and both of the side faces can be covered.
