<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put parts to be required for installation at a spot together in a factory, to stock, to store, to transport them to the spot, and to securely collate the transported articles at the spot in a short time on the basis of the information recorded in a label. SOLUTION: In a parts managing method for receiving several parts with a label, purchasing, storing in a factory, and delivering them from the factory to install these parts at a station different from the factory, and transporting them to the station and confirming existence of perfect supply of the transported articles, those parts manufactured in own plant, ordered to outside supplier and purchased parts which are listed at the station in a transportation list are arranged in the factory. Parts stocking and the purchasing information are recorded in a recording and regenerating domain 7 and a data base A10 provided in a label. Summarized condition of the parts in the transportation list is confirmed on the basis of the data base A10 by stocking, purchasing, delivering and transporting with the pair of a recorded label and a corresponding part. Collation of the transportation list and the transported articles is performed at the spot on the basis of the information written in the recording and regenerating domain 7 of the label.</p> |
