PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having excellent flame-retardance in the form of thin wall and high thermal stability, giving little load on the environment and producible without compounding a halogen-based flame-retardant or a phosphoric acid ester flame- retardant. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (component A), 0.1-5 pts.wt. of an organic siloxane having an aromatic group (component B), 0.05-5 pts.wt. of at least one kind of a silicon-containing compound (component C) selected from a specific alkoxysilane compound (component c-1) and a silicone compound containing Si-H bond (component c-2) and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a fluorine- containing polymer (component D) having fibril-forming capability.
