PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for preventing concrete from being separated and falling from a concrete structure, so as to prevent an accident from being caused by having a concrete piece separated for falling due to extension of cracks of the concrete structure such as an inner wall of a tunnel, and a ceiling and a side wall of a building because sea sand and a partially used substitute are frequently used as sand for a raw material for a concrete wall. SOLUTION: The method for preventing separation and fall of the concrete is characterized as follows: a synthetic fiber net 4 is set throughout a surface of an inside concrete layer 5 in a process of execution of work for the concrete structure; a concrete layer 3 is formed by a method such as spraying of mortar on the net 4 and the net 4 is interposed in a place inside the concrete layer 3, which is located at a depth of 5-10 cm from a surface of the concrete layer 3.
