PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device using a light guide capable of reducing a cost. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a pointer 2 which is a first illumination part illuminated by a light emitting diode 5 which is a first light source, an index part 13 which is a second illumination part illuminated by a light emitting diode 6 which is a second light source, a first light guide 16 placed on the back of the pointer 2, for guiding light from the light emitting diode 5 to the pointer 2, and a second light guide 19 placed on the back of the index part 13, for guiding light from the light emitting diode 6 to the index part 13. The first light guide 16 and the second light guide 19 are formed integrally by being connected by a connection part 33.
