PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join more firmly an organic material to a metallic material. SOLUTION: The primer composition comprises a triazine trithiol derivative represented by formula (1): wherein at least one of R1 and R2 groups denotes a functional group capable of bonding to an organic member, and at least one of R2 and R3 groups represents one selected from H, Na, K, Li, NH4 , 1/2Mg, 1/2Ca and 1/2Ba, at least one of R1 and R2 groups bonding chemically to an organic member, and at least one of R2 and R3 groups bonding chemically to a metallic member.
