PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic situation controller which can effectively prevent partial retension of water in an aseismatic reservoir or the like for water supply. SOLUTION: The internal hydraulic situation controller provided in a reservoir connected in the midway of a distributing water pipe line for storing water for emergency use comprises a mouth member having an inflow/outflow port for making water flow in/out provided with a variable angle in the water tank. In addition, expansion and contraction of a coil spring made of a shape memory alloy which deforms by heat is transmitted to the mouth member via a transmission rod, and the coil spring is expanded and/or contracted by means of solar light or heat, thereby changing the angle of the mouth member.
