SOLUTION: In the plurality of pulp mold buffers which are disposed around the work W within a packing box 15, buffer the external shock applied to the work W and protect the work, the strength thereof is increased by increasing the thickness, etc., to form a pulp mold buffer 1 with a plurality of buffer holes 12A-1 and 12F-1 in shock propagation surfaces 12A and 12F of the pulp mold. The strength is increased by increasing the thickness, etc., of the pulp mold, and restorability is also improved. Since a plurality of buffer holes are opened in the shock propagation surfaces of the pulp mold, the buffer capacity is excellent, the shock caused by a plurality of falls can be effectively buffered, and the work W can be safely protected.
