PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of poor handleability and troublesomeness with a conventional rolling-up screen and a map peg mounted on a ceiling that in the case of using the screen is first lowered to its traveling midway with a hooking rod because the screen is out of the reach of the person's hand and then is fully lowered the screen by the hand, and similarly in the case of using the map peg a map has to be hooked with the hooking rod and then is hooked with the S-ring of the map peg because the map peg is mounted on the ceiling beyond the reach of the hand. SOLUTION: The rolling-up screen and the map peg are provided at the upper part of the blackboard of a blackboard vertically shifting machine device. When the rolling-up screen or the map peg is used, the lowering of the rolling-up screen or the hooking of the map to the S-ring of the map peg can be done by the hand of the person, not by the hooking rod. Then, by lifting the screen or the peg upwards with the blackboard vertically shifting device, both the screen of a cinema and the map can be seen well.
