PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can accurately produce a plastic seal for a bearing which seals the clearance between the inner and outer wheels of a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: When the plastic seal is molded by injecting a molten resin 37 with reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers into the annular cavity 34 of an injection molding mold 30, the resin 37 is injected from a plurality of pinpoint gates 38 opened opposite to the middle part of the bottom surface of the cavity 34 into the cavity 34.
