PURPOSE: To provide a probe device efficiently holding many probes without enlarging a probe holder. CONSTITUTION: The probe holder 40 installed in the other part of a housing 31 and holding a probe 50 is equipped with a holder body 41; a through-hole 42 passing through the holder body 41 and into which a probe 50 is inserted; a guide hole 45 installed in the through hole 42; a counter boring part 43 installed in the other part; and a female screw part 44 formed between the guide hole and the counter boring part, and the probe 50 is equipped with a reference shaft 53 engaging with the guide hole 45; an adjusting screw 51a screwed on a female screw part 44 installed in the outer circumference of the probe body 51; and a fixing nut 54 screwed on the adjusting screw 51a and locked in the counter boring part 43.
