PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide various service for public use for regional residents, especially, educational solutions for residents. SOLUTION: A data center 10 connected to a network 60 constitutes a portal site, which provided various services for public use for regional residents, especially educational ASP services for residents, and execution results of provided ASP services for public use are printed out by arbitrary I/O composite machines connected to terminals 30, 40, and 50 via the network 60. Particularly, educational text information for residents stored in the data center 10 is transmitted to the I/O composite machine of an I/O composite machine installation site 40 installed in a lesson execution place 50 or its vicinity at the time of the start of a lesson, and the designated number of copies are printed and bound, and educational texts are provided in a timely manner to trainees at carrying out the education execution. |
