PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pigment composition using a solvent having a high tolerance limits for organic solvent toxicities such as with ethyl alcohol, or the like, as the solvent for an ink-jet printer and a pigment ink for a marking pen, and having no problem such as slow drying, a deficiency of an aqueous pigment ink, and cissing of the ink against a plastic film. SOLUTION: This pigment dispersion composition comprises a liquid medium, a pigment, a coloring agent derivative having an acidic functional group, and a polyoxyalkylene compound containing an amino group. |
