PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for an easily-executed insulating sheath pipe without damaging the surface of the insulating sheath pipe in execution. SOLUTION: The fixture fixes an elliptic insulating sheath pipe with a cross section rectangular relative to the longitudinal direction. A fixing arm forming a space for fixing the insulating sheath pipe in the central part in the longitudinal direction of a wall surface fixing part has a structure similar to the outside shape of a longitudinal section of a piled rice cake and is integrally mounted. A space surround with the fixing arm has a size capable of vertically and laterally fixing the insulating sheath pipe.
