摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, in which the hazard of generation of earthquakes is decided by grasping the state of a crustal activity, using earthquake data published over the Internet or the like. SOLUTION: In a calculation method, on the basis of a coordinate value and an earthquake magnitude value which indicate the generation time and an earthquake source place from among the earthquake data, the characteristics of an earthquake activity is analyzed using this means, the state of the crustal activity is grasped by the dynamical analysis of a continuum at 5M or more, which is larger than an empirical rule in a common analyzed result before the generation of the earthquake, and a phase transfer phenomenon can be calculated sufficiently by a personal computer. The calculation method is based on empirical rules. A precursory phenomenon can be recognized by the calculation method and an analytical method, on the day the generation of a large earthquake occurs, or two or more days prior to the generation of the large earthquake or two or three months, prior to the generation of the earthquake. The method can be executed by using published data, capable of being used by the earthquake prediction method for universities, test and research institutions or the like all over the world, by using the Internet.
