PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an announcement panel which is easy to assemble and has superior stability. SOLUTION: Both side edges of a display board 1 are provided with leg plates 2, and its bottom edge is successively provided with a bottom plate 3 and a folded top plate 4; and the panel can be assembled simply by bending the leg plates 2 and the bottom plate 3 backward from the display board 1 and upwardly bending the folded top plate 4, so as to engage the same with the lower part of the leg plates 2 and is supported by the leg plates 2 and the bottom plate 4.
