PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell detecting device for which the installation space can be small and the cost for installing the device and maintenance is low. SOLUTION: Two flow cells S1 and S2 having the same optical path length are arranged in parallel with each other and on one line in a flow cell body 22, and different eluate flows through each cell. The measuring light transmitted through the cells S1 and S2 passes through a slit 28 and is focused on photodiode arrays 32a and 32b in two upper and lower steps by a concave grating 30, and is independently detected. Signals detected at the photodiode arrays 32a and 32b are data-processed by each of CPU34a, 34b and are outputted as a spectrum.
