PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet type heating drying device for powder and grain capable of heating and drying in a short time and accurately without the occurrence of blocking, saving heat energy, being reduced in size to a content that it can be installed in a state to be directly coupled to a resin molder, and control long a heating temperature simply. SOLUTION: A jet type heating and drying device 20 is formed such that by feeding a jet AI of heating gas from below powder and grain (m) fed in a heating and drying hopper 1, the powder and grain (m) is heated and dried. The objective powder and grain (m) for heating and drying is heated and dried by feeding a jet of heating gas AI so that the powder and grain are increased in temperature higher than th standard heat temperature of the powder and grain.
