PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage and holding case wherein a disk-like recording medium can be simply taken out and a pasted surface of the medium can be prevented from peeling even if the medium is repetitively put in/out. SOLUTION: The disk storage and holding case 40 for receiving and holding a disk-like recording medium having a center hole includes three elastically deformable support arms 46, 46 and 46 formed to protrude respectively from a bottom surface 44 in the case 40 and formed with disk engaging portions 50, 50 and 50 for engaging an inner periphery of the center hole of the medium at a tip on a center side and a triangular button 48 supported by the three support arms 46, 46 and 46. Grooves 52, 52 and 52 which narrow when the triangular button 48 is pressed are formed between the support arms 46, 46 and 46 and the button 48.
