PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured product which can be obtained by curing at room temperature and is capable of expressing excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, mechanical properties, etc., which are derived from original properties of the material resin and to provide a radically curable resin composition which can be stored for a long term. SOLUTION: The radically curable composition contains (a) a radically curable resin containing (A) a compound having a radically curable unsaturated group at the end of its molecular chain and/or side chain and (B) a radically curable unsaturated monomer, (b) hydroquinons, (c) a N-oxyl compound, (d) an enolicβ-diketone compound and (e) a redox active organocobalt compound and is characterized by containing each of them in the amount range specified by that: the (b) is contained by 0.001-0.5 wt.% of the (a); the (c) is contained by 0.001-0.5 wt.% of the (a); the (d) is contained by 0.005-5 wt.% of the (a); and the metallic cobalt in the (e) is contained by 0.005-0.1 wt.% of the (a).
