PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain preventing water-absorbing sheet having all of such prescribed properties as water absorbing properties, a rubbing friction resistance, the feel of excellent hand, moisture permeability and drape, as well as low-cost properties and the properties of reducing the amount of refuse due to a single use, by a constitution wherein a water absorbing layer formed of a dry pulp nonwoven fabric is held in adhesion between a surface layer formed of a spun bonded fabric having water permeability and a rear layer formed of a moisture-permeable film having water vapor transmission properties. SOLUTION: The stain preventing water-absorbing sheet has a constitution wherein the water absorbing layer is held in adhesion between the surface layer and the rear layer. The rear layer is formed of the moisture-permeable film having water vapor transmission properties and the water absorbing layer is formed of the dry pulp nonwoven fabric, while the surface layer is formed of the spun bonded fabric having water permeability.
