The gas generator comprises two containers, one containing a combustible gas (preferably hydrogen) and the other containing oxygen. A system is provided for filling these containers with gases, along with a system for the rapid discharge and mixing of these gases inside a flexible vessel and a system for igniting the resulting gas mixture.
