PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device which is excellent in human interface characteristics with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional image display device in which an IP method or a light beam reproduction process is adopted, a three-dimensional virtual image 106 and a three-dimensional real image 107 are reproduced on the back surface and the front surface of a liquid crystal display 101 by a light beam group which is turned to a pattern on the liquid crystal display 101 through a pinhole array plate 102 from the observer 105 side and a light beam group which is turned to the observer 105 side through the pinhole array plate 102 from the pattern on the liquid crystal display 101, respectively. The three-dimensional virtual image 106 and real image 107 are transmitted by an afocal optical system consisting of Fresnel lenses 103 and 104, and are formed in the space between the afocal optical system and the observer 105 as real images 108 and 109. |
