PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide sensor hardly causing aging effect and having high detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide sensor is provided with a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte 1 having lithium ion conductivity, a first electrode 2 formed on one surface of the solid electrolyte 1 and contacting to a reference gas, and a second electrode 3 formed on the other surface of the solid electrolyte and contacting to a measurement gas. Since the latest lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte is used for the solid electrolyte, the aging effect can be reduced and the detection sensitivity can be enhanced. |
