<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high-reliability optical printer head which can improve the productivity. SOLUTION: A light emitting element array chip 4 having a plurality of light emitting elements 5 and terminal electrodes 6 on an upper face is set to an end face of a supporting plate 1, and a circuit board 2 having a plurality of circuit wiring lines 3 to be electrically connected to the terminal electrodes 6 is set to a primary face of the supporting plate 1 nearly orthogonal to the end face. These circuit board 2, light emitting element array chip 3 and supporting plate 1 are stored inside a housing 8 which holds a lens array 7 above the light emitting element array chip 3. In this optical printer head, a plurality of connecting members 9 for electrically connecting the terminal electrodes 6 and the circuit wiring lines 3 with each other by butting into contact with the terminal electrodes and the circuit wiring lines are mounted to an inner face of the housing 8.</p> |
