PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens barrel whose constitution is simple, whose supporting accuracy between frame members is high and whose off-center between lens groups is little. SOLUTION: The zoom lens barrel 1 has a 1st zoom frame 4 and a 2nd zoom frame 5 driven to advance/retreat by a cam frame 3, and the 1st zoom frame 4 holds a 1st group lens 21, and the 2nd zoom frame 5 abuts on a 2nd group frame 7 and drives to press it. Guide shafts 9, 11, 12 and 14 are fixed on the 1st zoom frame 4, and directly support the 2nd group frame 7 holding a 2nd group lens 22 or a 3rd group frame 8 holding a 3rd group lens 23 so as to freely slide. Therefore, the deviation of the optical axes of the 2nd group lens 22 and the 3rd group lens 23 with respect to the 1st group lens 21 is restrained to be little and the supporting structure of the respective frame members is simplified.
