PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, although hard foamed resins are widely utilized as building materials, the wastes of the hard foamed resins are mostly subjected only to final treatments such as reclamation and scarcely effectively recycled. SOLUTION: This hard foamed resin material preliminarily blended with the pellets of a thermoplastic resin is produced. When used and then treated as a building waste, the hard foamed resin material can thereby easily be recycled.
