PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electoluminescence display device and its manufacturing method, in which deterioration does not occur in for the light-emitting sections, while a single-display device is constituted by joining a plurality of display panels, and the joint sections of the adjacent display panels are made less conspicuous. SOLUTION: Small-sized panels 2a and 2b are constituted of glass substrates 9a and 9b, on which scanning pixel electrodes 5a and 5b, such as ITO or the like, are formed and light-emitting sections 3a and 3b which are arranged on the substrates 9a and 9b respectively. The panels 2a and 2b are pasted on a reinforcement glass substrate 10 by an adhesive 11. A mask 4 is arranged on the boundary line between the panels 2a and 2b. A can 12 covers the entire panels 2a and 2b so as to seal them in.
