PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a guide plate for image receiving materials which is capable of maintaining low friction properties even when the contacts of image receiving materials are repeated, and also to obtain a guide device for image receiving materials which is equipped with the guide plate for image receiving materials. SOLUTION: A puncher 40, which is equipped in a laser printer section in a digital photo printer, is provided with a guide device 112 for image receiving materials. The guide device 112 for image receiving materials has two guide plates 114 for image receiving materials, the guide plates of which are arranged to cope with the image receiving materials. The parallel surfaces 122 and tapered surfaces 124, which are oppositely arranged with respect to the image receiving materials 22, are coated with a fluorine resin containing a wear resistant material of metal powder. Thus, the coefficient of friction between the parallel surfaces 122 and tapered surfaces 124 and the image receiving materials is made low, further, the abrasion of the fluorine resin is prevented, so that the guide plate for image receiving materials can maintain a low coefficient of friction with respect to the image receiving materials 22.
