PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive rivet of aluminum capable of caulking and fastening an aluminum plate securely at favorable workability without generating cracking, buckling, seizure, etc., in caulking and fastening it by driving the drive rivet into the aluminum plate without boring a prepared hole. SOLUTION: This drive rivet of aluminum comprises a JIS6000 aluminum alloy, which comprises a head part 2 and a shaft part 3, and material metal atoms in the shaft part 3 are arranged with such a flow to be dense in a shaft length direction. Surface hardness of the shaft part 3 is Hv 135 or more.
