PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with low noise certainly preventing generation of vertical vibration even at the time of high speed rotation by installing an information recording disc, including a magnetic body in a radial bearing part, to magnetize this magnetic body in a direction along a shaft, to give a pre-load in the direction along the specified shaft to the shaft including the magnetic body and thin on a bearing device of the motor made of a radial bearing to support the shaft. SOLUTION: The radial bearing 7 made of oil retaining magnetic body sintered metal forms an integral type bearing, and a ring magnet 9 on which a magnetic pole is magnetized in a direction along the shaft makes contact with an end part on the side of a thrust bearing 8. An inside diameter of this ring magnet 9 is larger than an inside diameter of the radial bearing 7, an outside diameter is set almost equal to the inside diameter of a bearing housing 6, a recessed part is formed in a direction of a bottom of the bearing housing 6 and the thrust bearing 8 is fitted in the recessed part.
