PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin polyvinyl chloride stretched film produced with excellent extrudability and suitably used for a food container packaging. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride stretched film comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin, 2-10 pts.wt. of an adipic acid polyester plasticizer having 1,000-3,000 average molecular weight, 20-40 pts.wt. of an adipic acid ester plasticizer having a >=8C alkyl group and/or a mixed adipic acid ester plasticizer obtained by reacting >=2 kinds of aliphatic alcohols having a <=10C alkyl group with adipic acid an 10-20 pts.wt. of an epoxidized vegetable oil and is characterized by having >=300% breaking elongation in the width direction.
