PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich penal solving the problem of strength in welding the sandwich panel and reducing the process and man-hours of welding. SOLUTION: In this sandwich panel of double plate structure made of steel with a plurality of rows of webs fixed between an upper plate and a lower plate, the web at the utmost side end part is formed of one side of an L-shaped material, and the other side of the L-shaped material forms a web edge extending to the side part of the sandwich panel in flange shape parallel with the upper plate and lower plate. The mutual welding of sandwich panels can thereby be performed by downward-welding only from one side to reduce the process and man-hours of welding. The web edge is butt-welded to an object structure body to be mounted perform welding of sufficient rigidity.
