PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a conveyer while suppressing the enlargement of a facility by preventing the interference of a vehicle in a transfer section with a vehicle loading part. SOLUTION: In tiltingly lowering the vehicle 3 from an upstream conveyer 1 to transfer the vehicle 3 to a downstream conveyer 2, a lifting device 10 is moved synchronously with upstream and downstream conveyers 1 and 2 in the transfer section 4 and the rear part of the vehicle is lifted up via rear wheels 3b by lifting member 11 and transferred to the downstream conveyer 2, while preventing an interference between the vehicle loading part 5 of the conveyer and a spare tire or the like mounted to the rear part of the vehicle in the transfer section 4 due to the low minimum road clearance of the vehicle 3.
