PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof console device for a vehicle capable of improving assembling efficiency and reducing man-hours for fixing parts and cost. SOLUTION: A case member 10 attached by engaging an engaging recessed part 11a of a recessed shape to a side of a mounting mouth opening on a ceiling part in a vehicle is provided. A plate member 20 for sandwiching and fixing a periphery of the mounting mouth from a rear side is provided on a side of the engaging recessed part 11a of the case member 10 together with the case member 10 on a front surface side which is mounted on the ceiling part so that one end is rotatably supported and an other free end side rotates so as to overlap with the case member 10. The case member 10 includes a housing part 11 projected in a bag shape in the ceiling part, pivotally supports a holder member 30 which is opened/closed in the housing part 11 and makes a hollow shaped housing recessed part 22 appear, includes a hole 11b opening to the housing part 11 so as to facilitate mounting of the part, and is provided so as to close the hole 11b when the plate member 20 rotates to overlap with the case member.
