PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-strength cured object using a paper mill sludge as well as a high-strength cured object. SOLUTION: A raw material solution is subjected to a paper making process using a water filter 22A and the sheet obtained through this process is transferred to a conveyer belt 23 and then transferred. After that, these sheets are multi-layered while being transferred to a making roll 30, then the multi-layered sheets are cut to a specified size and the cut sheets of a single form are cured. Further, the cured objects are laminated by interposing an adhesive in between with the help of a contact-bonding press 60 to obtain a laminate of the cured objects. The adhesion between the cured objects and the adhesive is improved by setting the surface roughness of the cured object at Rmax 0.01 to 1 mm. Thus, the strength of the laminated cured objects is enhanced.
