PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to monitor in detail a level of an optical signal received through an optical fiber in an analogue optical transmission device using the optical fiber. SOLUTION: An output of an photoelectric conversion part 33 is amplified with an amplifier part 34, and the output is converted to a digital signal with an A/D converter. A control part 37 determines an optical signal level received using a conversion table 39 which stores an optical signal level corresponding to a digital signal, and the control part 37 displays the level on a display 38, thereby enabling to detect even a small decrease in an optical signal level caused by fit defect of an optical connector or contamination of the end of the optical fiber. |
