PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling efficiency of a motor, etc., to a maximal level, while adopting a simple structure which is low in cost. SOLUTION: A case of a motor M5 and a case of a speed reducer RG5 are integrally and coaxially fixed in the closed state. The inside of the motor M5 is air-cooled, the inside of the speed reducer RG5 is liquid-cooled and a gap between the motor case 508 (and a speed reducer case 550), and a pipe 502 is liquid-cooled in which a cooling water is poured into a part. Since the inside of the motor M5 is air-cooled, a general purpose low cost motor can be used, and since the outer periphery thereof is liquid-cooled, the cooling efficiency is high. |
