PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sensor element having inside and outside conductors surely connected to each other even if it is small and complicated and to provide a laminated sensor element manufacturing method for simply and surely providing it. SOLUTION: A non-baked ceramic layered product is formed by stacking non-baked ceramic layers so as to lead out at least four non-baked conductor layers comprising non-baked inside conductor layers 21 and 22 turned into inside conductor layers, and non-baked outside conductor layers 31 and 32 turned into outside conductor layers to the inside of one hole and an opening communicating with the front and the rear. Then, conductive paste (a non-baked conductive connection element 42 after drying it) turned into a conductive connection element after being baked is poured into the hole, the non-baked conductor layers 21, 22, 31 and 32 are sequentially connected, and thereafter this sensor element is obtained by baking a layered product obtained by stamping and cutting a part connecting the conductor layer 21 to the conductor layer 22 by punching blades 7. |
