<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, by which the depth setting state of a pumice stone or a floatstone can be determined objectively, which is made compact so as to be carried and measured, even by a single individual and by which a probed result can be acquired simply and clearly. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an antenna part 10, which is used to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves, a measuring device body 12 which supplies energy to a transmission antenna 10a and which amplifies and processes a signal from a reception antenna 10b, a display part 14 which outputs a measured result and a landform detection part which detects a ground surface shape along a profile line traced by the antenna part; and analytical software which estimates and displays the shape of a rock body, on the basis of information on the measured ground surface shape and on the basis of information on a distance up to the reflecting surface of the electromagnetic waves by a continuous measurement, is incorporated in the measuring device body. Thereby, the depth setting state of the rock body existing on a slope is probed. The landform detection part is composed, e.g. of a distance meter, which detects the movement distance of the antenna part and an altimeter, which is used to detect height position.</p> |
