<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding machine for a laundry monitor, in which normal clothes from among clothes, carried out from the laundry monitor, are carried out directly to the outside of a radiation controlled area in a folded state, in which contaminated clothes are not taken out from the radiation controlled area and for which an installation area is small. SOLUTION: When the clothes, carried into from the laundry monitor 1, are the normal clothes, the clothes are folded by a first folding knife 23 or the like, as a folding means by which the intermediate part between a folding conveyor device composed of a carrying-in conveyor device and the clothes is fed between conveyors, and the clothes are carried out directly to a noncontrolled are (direction B) by a stacker conveyor 27 or the like; and when the clothes are the contaminated clothes, the knife 23 is driven at a fast timing, and the clothes are made to bypass a second folding knife 25, so as to be carried out to a direction C1 without being taken out from the inside of the controlled area, without being folded.</p> |
