PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a urethane film coated thermoplastic resin composition without deteriorating the physical properties of the recycled resin. SOLUTION: This method for recycling the urethane film coated thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by compounding, melting and kneading 100 pts.wt. of the urethane film coated thermoplastic resin crushed product and 0.01 to 6 pts.wt. of a hydroxyl group-containing maleimide derivative-modified polypropylene.
