PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of removing the lug parts of the resin film extruded from an extruder to directly laminate the resin film to a base material and capable of dispensing with the end part treatment of the laminated material after lamination, and a manufacturing apparatus used therein. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the laminated material by laminating the resin film, which is formed by extruding a molten thermoplastic resin from a T-die, to the base material, the lug parts of the resin film are cut before lamination to form a covering resin film which is, in turn, laminated to the base material. The manufacturing apparatus has a preheating means for preheating the base material, the T-die for extruding the molten thermoplastic resin as the resin film, a cutting means for cutting the lug parts of the resin film before lamination to form the covering resin film, a laminating roll for laminating the covering resin film to the base material and a cooling device for quenching the formed laminated material. |
