PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split mold for vulcanizing a tire having knife blades for forming sipes in the width direction of the tire which does not deteriorate the performance of the tire and improves the life of the mold. SOLUTION: To a block forming part including a mold division position among the block forming parts of the mold M, a plurality of knife blades having the same or approximately the same inclination angleθ1 with an inclination angleθ11 formed in the block forming parts excluding the block forming part including the division position are fitted. In the inclination angleθ1, with regard to the knife blade straddling the mold division position, by separating the side of the knife blade close to the division position from the division position, the knife blade of inclination anglesθ2 andθ2 not straddling the mold division position is fitted. |
