PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil conditioner having effects of preventing acidification of soil and the like by effectively utilizing dust obtained by crushing waste glass bottles heretofore uncontrollable as an industrial waste. SOLUTION: The soil conditioning method comprises spraying on the surface of soil collected dust generated when waste glass bottles are crushed.
