PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a fine balance adjustment easily. SOLUTION: A weight member 42 becomes capable of moving forward and backward in the direction of the length of a lever 4 with an adjusting rod 44 screwed to a free end 4b side of the lever 4. Movement of the weight member 42 is restricted by subjecting a moved tip of a fixed rod 46, which is penetrated into and screwed to the weight member 42, to abut on the lever 4 side. The weight member 42 can thereby be moved finely, enabling to easily perform a fine balance of the lever.
